Each of the submitted papers will be blind reviewed by reviewers and then results will be sent to author(s). Author might be requested for revision.

The registration fee includes the participation in the conference and covers: E- Certificate, E-package, access to all technical panels, workshops and other programs, and publishing the paper in conference proceeding. In fact, participating in the conference is subject to making payment.

For example, if you are a non-Turkish student and you have an accepted paper or abstract in the conference, after September 30th, you must pay 180 EUROs. But if you have two accepted papers or abstracts, after September 30th, you must pay 180 EUROs for your first paper and pay 100 EUROs for the second one (provided that all of the authors of both papers are the same).

After receiving your paper’s/abstract’s conditional acceptance, you will receive an email including the invoice with account information and payment link.

You will not pay any extra charge for publishing your paper in Springer or journals (except ORP which might charge some fee due to its policies).

You register free of charge to be able to login using your own username and password and submit your paper/abstract.

But after the conditional acceptance of your paper/abstract by the conference, the invoice will be issued and sent to you to be able to pay the conference fee.

In order for your paper to be selected by Springer or journals, you are supposed to submit your full text before 16.12.2023.

This is the due date of full text. It means that you can participate with your abstract, then submit your full paper. By the way, if your full paper is ready now, you can submit it now.

All of the accepted abstracts and also the full papers of the accepted ones which have not been selected for publication in Springer would be published in the conference booklet.

The full papers selected for Springer would be only published in CCIS book series.

The papers which have not been selected for Springer, would be sent to the journals (according to the conference website) for consideration.

There is not any limitation.

There is not any predetermined limitation. But you must consider the logical number of pages which is usually considered for a scientific full paper. So, it must neither be too short, nor too long.

After the conference and when the full paper submission deadline reaches, according to the comments and opinion of your panel’s chair, and based on the second review results of you full paper, the final decision will be made.
